Your workbook will be emailed to you before your first session. If you upgraded for the recordings, you’ll receive a unique link to access them.

Come back to this page any time as this is the page you need to access the calendar to book all of your sessions for the duration of the programme.
Book Your Sessions
You can book one session at a time or 4 sessions if you like to plan ahead. You have 5 months to complete all 12 sessions. All sessions have a 48 hour cancellation period. If you would like to reschedule, you can do so in the confirmation email of the booking.
